WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We welcome all qualifying returns for a store credit ONLY as long as the returned item(s) is received with 10 days of its delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging (if applicable). So as to keep our prices to a minimum, we do not pay for nor provide return labels. Qualifying returns should be shipped back to:

CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed and the items have been packed for shipment, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.

Store credits will expire 1 year after the date of return.

FINAL ONLINE SALE ITEMS

Items received back at the MB Culture facility 14 days & beyond from the date of delivery will not be accepted for a refund or store credit. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

EXCLUSIVE FINAL SALE ITEMS

Clearance Items (SALE SECTION included) are FINAL SALE items. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted

For Hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers - All sales are final on earrings, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eyewear. 

RETURNING SHOES

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in. The shoes and box must be in excellent condition. If we determine that the shoes and box are not in excellent condition, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to the return shipping cost.



DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR PROBLEMS WITH SHIPMENT

Please inspect all items as soon as they arrive.  All damaged goods and/or any shipping problems need to be reported within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@thembculture.com. Please do not use scissors when opening the packages, as damage may occur to the shipped items.
